All available products are listed as "In Stock" on our website. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked accordingly and you won’t be able to add it to your cart.

Shipping Information
We offer both Standard Shipping (3–7 business days delivery) and Express Shipping (1–2 business days delivery) across India.
Orders with Standard Shipping are processed within 2 business days. Express Shipping orders are processed within 6 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to check your delivery status online.
Currently, we only deliver within India.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We strive to deliver your order on time, but delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, our team will update you via email.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@twynk.in as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before your order is dispatched.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets for your convenience.
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway.
Absolutely! Our website uses secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure your personal and payment information remains safe and protected.
If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, please contact us at support@twynk.in with your payment details. We’ll verify and resolve your issue at the earliest.
No, only one payment method can be used per order.
EMI options may be available based on your card provider and the order value. The option will appear at checkout if eligible.
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email with your invoice as soon as your payment is successful.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal dislike. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@twynk.in within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share your order details and clear photos of the received product for verification.
After verifying your claim, we will arrange for a replacement with the same product at no additional cost. If the product is not available, you will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and should not show any signs of wear or damage (other than the reported defect). Returns will not be accepted for used or tampered products.
Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
We do not offer exchanges for other products. Replacements are only provided for defective or incorrect items, and only with the same product (subject to availability).
